Service User Information
Definitions
“We” – PayPoint Payment Services Limited (“PPSL”). PPSL is an authorised payment institution supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority with FRN 608277.
“Service” – The payment service provided to the organisation sending payments to their clients and customers.
“User” – The intended recipient of the payment.
“Voucher” – The message, SMS, letter, or e-mail containing the payment information.
“You” – The intended recipient of the payment.
The Service
We provide this Service on behalf of the organisations wishing to make a payment to You. If You have any questions about the payment itself, You need to contact the organisation sending You the payment. We cannot use the Service to make a payment to You unless We are instructed to make the payment to You by the organisation sending You the payment.
You can find the name of the organisation sending You the payment on the Voucher, in the e-mail or in the SMS message.
Any terms and conditions applicable to the payment will be available from the organisation making the payment to You. Please contact them for more information. We cannot discuss the payment with You as We are not provided with any information surrounding the payment.
If You have any questions about using the Service or the Voucher, You can find more information in the FAQs. Please check the type of Voucher You have been sent before reading the FAQs.
Please note, not all Voucher are for a payment. For example, You may receive an energy credit or similar to Your energy account if the Voucher You have been sent is for an energy credit.
Please read any instructions on the Voucher or in the SMS carefully as You may be required to provide identification to collect the payment when it is in cash.
If Your Voucher is for a cash payment, cash payments are available from PayPoint outlets. The store locator can be found here. You should not be charged at a PayPoint outlet for using the Service.
